That's the beauty of it- we do not know. But we do know this business model very well. These guys at LPC are very smart- that is why the pricing is structured as it is- it appears on the surface that they are buying at market but in fact they are buying often well below market and selling. It also is why they have a limitation of % ownership so they do not have to report. Very clever- go to a few of the other companies they deal with and you will see what I mean.
