Oh right! MG, the company that was owned outright by iEquity just months ago and no one had bothered to file anything with the state to declare a business operation. Then it gets acquired and no one files incorporation ppwk for a month, until finally something shows up on the CA secretary of state website...
But they do have $30 million in contracts you know! We swear! No one paid us yet, but its in accts receivable so we can book it on the Q1 we published 5 or 6 times before eventually uploading it to otcmarkets. LOL
I'm really glad I got to be apart of this. Its a great lesson in what to watch out for. SKTO to the moon, but only by going through china first
