The_Pro, with the 200% correction...

You are absolutely correct. That was an error within that SKTO post in which the 33% dividend should have been stated as a 200% dividend to be given to shareholders. That's even more awesome! Thanks for that correction.

Also, for those with other thoughts and questions, that post should be taken as a variety of scenarios to only considered as food for thought. The actual scenarios that are to be taken as fact are the ones released by the company and not by any of our posts here within the forum. Thanks again.

LOL why would you think this new company would bet trading at the SKTO price??? Absolutely delusional!

Yea one day SKTO is going to be trading with a 1/3 the shares, then the next day MG starts trading at the same price and everyone gets a 200% gain? WOW why doesn't every company do this....Oh because this hypothetical is nonsense.

After the hypotheical IPO of 3 shares (MDGR) @ the original SKTO price, investors would have 3 times their money. This is an increase of 200%.

Nonsense. It's an effective forward split. Investors will have three times their original shares, and stock price will be divided by three.

That is how it works. Splits--forward or reverse--are neutral. They do not, in themselves, change the value of anyone's holdings.

Do not imagine that this forward split will somehow be "different". It will not be the first split in the history of the markets to alter the value of shareholders' positions.

And what Medical Greens proposes to do will not be an IPO. IPOs are underwritten.
