Phil, in the first complaint TMMI charged that an engineer named Jeff allegedly stole a copy of the code from DFI and gave it to Panik. In the amended complaint TMMI dropped that. Evidently they realized that this was just another fabrication from Simpson.

The Iterated lawyer's letter to TMMI happened in 1996. It will be in the defendant's evidence. I believe I remeber it as in the first response. There are so many defense documents that it may be in both responses.

Phil, the records were on the third floor as I recall. Just tell them you want to see the filings for a pending case. No charge unless you want to print some pages. I'd skip the first round of complaint and answers since its about the same as the second round of filings. Main difference is TMM dropped the Jeff Phillips stealing the code issue.

The Iterated lawyer letters are in the defendants answers exhibits. Its likely this whole thing will be thrown out based on time limits but I doubt this will be the end of the matter. If you have 30-45 minutes you can get through the whole story and all the docs that explain it.

Dr Barnsley and Dr Sloan were I S,Inc it was there company,and they work for TMMI,so I doubt if there are any Lawyers letters,but they would be in the Defendants first complaint or second,am not sure how many they have.The date or year of the theft was around 2000-2001 that should be in the Plaintiffs main complaint,from Dr Sloan,I think,am not sure.Phil don't spend a lot of time on this,just the main facts"Ownership of the VDK" and the update of the case so far would work.Thx again,have fun

Hey Phil,Bill/frackedup just admitted that Larry Panik has the code from another court action and is using it with Dimension Inc,today and that the documents are in Nv.I think this needs your attention first and foremost.Thx Jay
