Regardless it is still on the table and the last I heard ICE contacted them about the delay and said things should be back to normal with them soon and all is still on track. Just the way we work now post 9/11. and IF/when they obtain that as well, then hell who knows where this goes, if not they are still moving to where that is just ICEing on the cake. And they do serve a mean dog!
