And it seems all 3 (SKTO, AEGY and SNRY) all have the same auditor - LL Bradford.

I think the stock is down, not up, and he provided you the source to view that data. I went to OTCMarkets.com and looked it up. Took all but 5 seconds. Also, I thought nobody was ever going to hit the bid again, so why is the stock down?

It is strange that Gelmon/Hipple now has 3 MMJ deals trading. I guess SKTO is just part of the deal machine coming from Hipples office.
