Hey Phil,I think it would be in the Plaintiffs complaint that was filed 3/11/13 if it's not there then that's okay.Dr Sloan had made mention about it at one time.I'm curious if there is any truth to the statement that I read here on IHUB post 1140 from Dr Golan;Maybe there's a sworn in statement from Dr Sloan as well,please check for that too.That's all.Phil no worries if you don't find it,enjoy your time in Vegas,and good luck.

Since I've already been to the court and read the filings I can save you some time. That silly story is in the first complaint. TMM dropped it from the amended complaint, apparently they found out it was just another of the endless Simpson lies. The rest of the complaint really didn't appear to be any more truthful but that will be clear once everyone reads it.

Hey Phil,sorry one more reguest,it seems that a poster on RB is saying that there are letters,in the Nv district court,from Iterated Systems Lawyers that says that TMMI doesn't own the VDK line.Phil please see if you can find these letters.I don't believe it because Dr Barnsley and Dr Sloan were Iterated Systems,that was their company and I seriously doubt that they would have lawyers draw up letters,saying TMMI doesn't own the VDK line,seeing how they both work for TMMI.Iterated Systems changed their name to Mediabin in 2001 and was bought by Interwoven in 2003,merged with Autonomy,who was bought by HP in 2011.Thx
