$DUSS is a prime candidate for a merger

A reporting company with a low share structure is very attractive as a reverse merger candidate for a solid public company.

All you need to do is offer restricted shares off of the AS and bring in Instant Value of the new entity.

It's a win win for both current shareholders and the new entity.

They would both grow together.

Our pps would immediately move to its new perceived value based on value and growth potential.

The key is to find a worthy candidate !

My DD tells me Nat will deliver with quality !

The part that I like the best is that I advised to contact the CEO, and also said what the CEO would confirm before she replied, and she did. There is no merger, the CEO never even implied there was one.

I wouldn't bother wasting your time IMO.
Instead, contact the CEO, she will confirm she's
not currently working on any ventures and has
never been in any DUSS merger negotiations.
With that information, you will then be able to
logically deduce that there will not be an 8k
filing.
