Judging from the time and sales today, it looks like shares that the market makers picked up at .039 that they flipped back out at .0395...
I've got a small order in at .0396 that is not immediately being filled, and I am assuming that the lead MM bid on this stock is at .0395, so the float appears tight.
Would someone with the access to level II mind sharing the bid/asks and MMs running the stock at the moment if possible?

...On a side note, today marks the fifth trading session in a row that the 50 day MA has been touched. In retrospect, it was on the sixth trading session that this stock had initially broken below this average after its' great run-up late last year and earlier this year.
After over 3 months below the 50 day MA but still above the 200 day MA, the tide may be changing and a successful and confirmed breakout of the 50 day MA may occur within the next 3 trading sessions should the bullish pattern manifest itself again in this sector.
