There are many "facts" that surround the MS story, many of which can be interpreted in different ways to support opposite conclusions.
The future "facts" will show which interpretation is correct.
MK needs to produce. He obviously has not cashed in and just walked away, and continues to move forward, so that is in his favor.
If he can actually get Seeker viable as a business, it will go a long way toward his credibility, and lend credence to his version of what happened and why.
