NITE has been on the offer at .022 with 10K shares and hasn't moved despite around 40-50K shares (off the top of my head) bought at the ask. I I believe ETRF put 20K on the offer today, and I suspect it will show again tomorrow.

If we get through .022's, .029's were next on L2...but that's only if NITE and ETRF don't have other offers between .022 and .029.
