Has anyone explored the idea that a large shareholder(s) is selling to
satisfy the notes in return for a legitimate loan from the company?

The next Q will show that, maybe not in words; but numbers.

Not a valid statement. More baseless talk. I love enthusiastic amateurs that compile large amounts of info and interpret it every possible way except the right on. But again it (pps)will explode. If/when you play golf, how many mulligans do you take??

Let me try and explain!! No one playing with a full deck invests in a penny stock Investing is for the Big Board or NASDAQ.
