I just talked to a nice guy in CO, Dan. He explained to me that they did get acquired by QASP over a year ago.

Yeah, that's fine. But where is a public filing that says Quasar as a corporation is the owner, rather than some individuals associated with Quasar.

I acknowledge that A-Cent works with Quasar as a certificated flight school. I've been there and seen the certificates on the wall. However, I am unclear on what entity really owns A-Cent.

I won't even bother reading any P.R.s or web-sites anyone cares to link to. I want government filings... You know, with perjury notices etc.
