Its not really the war itself...it was the nine months of political turmoil, fear, and uncertainty previous to the war that put the brakes on a very fragile econ recovery imo.

Really strange on how the TICK can't manage 1000+ today, Shoot, hasn't made it to 800 yet. Made a run for it at 1:54 but came up just short. Puzzling. And look at all the HODs we're hitting here, IBM, INTC, GE and yet the Dow is barely green. The other indexes are nothing much to look at either. Here comes 2:22.

PREM is turning down off a local high it had a 1:46. TICK headed lower, and MSFT gave up 26 again.
