Yep, since interest rates have gone up a point in the last 2 weeks, buyers have been motivated to buy. Reminds me of a blow off top in the stock market. When market prices reverse, go down to his house and congratulate him on buying at the very Top. LOL I have done that to people who where short selling their homes. Thankfully, I didn't get punched in the nose LOL.
