Yes indeed, calling the company is easy and they ALWAYS answer. heck I have contacted them countless times with many questions and have always gotten right through or e-mailed right back. They are doing a fine Job. and was great to hear from Tex, that the company has had nothing to do with any promo, If there was one, and they are not even selling. tells me plenty! GO Q!!
