The worst-case scenario for NVS/MNTA is probably forfeiture of the $100M bond posted with the District Court ($65M by NVS and $35M by MNTA). I can’t see the Court ordering damages beyond $100M given the brief period in which the Lovenox injunction was in effect following Amphastar’s launch.
