pitman: I am not to worried about a few bucks out. seriously....and whether it went to citadel or not they cannot cash it unless the transfer agent has it in hand. makes it void. doesn't matter to me where it gets sent as along as the registered cert arrives- which btw has been confirmed.

it's quite petty actually to raise such an issue..really...grasping at straws here.
