There were instanced in Genesis where it was obvious that he did not know everything. He did not know the serpent was bending Eve's ear and he later asked why they were covering their nakedness then when Cain slew Abel he asked Cain where is your brother. He was blind sided so many times I feel pretty sure he won't know if I've been naughy or nice.
