Commenting on the building of his "Dirty Dozen" stock list, "the 12 heavy-industry, smokestack stocks that could make you money," Cramer said Wall Street's playbook says to buy the financials and the homebuilders as the Fed nears the end of its interest rate-tightening cycle. The cyclical stocks also are right, he said, and they'll be especially helped now that the dollar is weakening because they do a "huge amount of business overseas. That is what is going to boost all of these."
