I love how "optimal" is falsely claimed to equate to "highest market price in the recycle market."

What is "optimal" to the P2O machines isn't necessarily "optimal" to the recycle market, nor necessarily has a higher value.

Optimal = dense plastic that has little or no preprocessing needs. Example would be crayons and markers that don't need to be shredded and are dense hydrocarbons. They have no market value, yet they are optimal.

The filings don't say they always have to and always will have to buy plastic to get optimal plastic nor does it say the prices it's paid and the costs it's incurred will stay put. In fact, all company communications in filings, PRs, and conference calls predicted they'd go down, not up, and the cost per gallon of fuel has gone down.
