Ummmmm. That is a misstatement of the situation.

It is true that the company has not run any processor with high uptime since the first production prototype was built and permitted.

Of course that was not 4 years ago. The full permits were issued in July of 2011.

During that time the processors have undergone many changes.


And the company produced 317,000 gals of trickle last year.
