The reason your claim is BS is because SAI Corp. audited the process and actually agrees with Mr. Bordynuik's claims about the catalyst and the cost. BTW...Have you noticed that the cost per gallon has been decreasing over the last 3 Qs?
There are really only 3 fundamental problems with your statements.
1) The company itself said you can not count on the assumptions in the SAIC report. Specifically, the company said in the last 10k the free plastic assumption is complete and utter bullshit. In fact the cost to acquire and preprocess plastic is variable and is over 80% of total cost. We are told with the addition of one machine those costs magically plummet. But the filings themselves tell us the company is buying "optimal" plastic that has a market.
2) And even if the SAIC report had not been completely discounted by the company itself, the company did not break out costs for the last 3 quarters. So what data are you using to make your statements? Time-saving hint: Don't look to hard, it doesn't exist.
3) Finally, the cost per gallon in the last 10q was $1.73. That is $72.66 a barrel. That is slightly greater than $10 per barrel.
Bottom line is you got the part where SAI Corp audited the process right, but from there things did not even match what the company itself is saying.
