INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONVERSION

1. Write a check out to "Island Stock Transfer" for $104 and mail it to:

Kim Hood
Island Stock Transfer
15500 Roosevelt Blvd, Ste. 301
Clearwater, FL 33760

***DO NOT MAIL YOUR CERTS WITH THE CHECK.

2. Email Kim Whiteside ([e-mail]) or provide a note in the letter that includes the following information:

*your current address
*the name you want printed on the common securities
*your SS number OR tax ID (same thing for some)

3. Wait for the shares to come in the mail and for CDFTD to file the S-1 registration.

Once again why do you care?? Your not mailing anything! I did and I followed the PR and the companies direction per email, if it costs 30$ 78$ or 200$ doesnt really matter, but the one thing I do know is the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter and brighter, so take your blinders off and get ready for a nice tan.

I HAVE spoken to BOTH KIM AND KAREN, and can assure you, YOU are the only one WRONG HERE!!

$104.00 is the TA Fee, As Per the PR, All you have to do is follow the PR to the letter and you will be fine!!

With all the miss information going on here, It almost seems like we have a few chicken little's running around yelling the sky is falling, screwing things up.

IF you can not call or email those two ladies yourself, Of which were very nice to talk too, and confirm what I have just said, Then listen to the crap here, and get mislead.

Ya'll just need to put your big boy pants on and do a bit of work here, for yourselves, its not that hard!!
