It all has to start with some kind of action. Someone wanted in and wasn't worried about picking the bottom. Maybe a sign, maybe not. The news were waiting for has the potential to really move this thing. .20 would not be much if a hurdle IMO.
If you have been here for so long, you must remember how fast the run ups happen. We're positioned for that same type of action.
