A bunch of letters for a web address. Same style as the CLAD site?
I don't recall for certain but I think that website was registered to the owner of the housefly company or the company itself, but I think it either expired and/or underwent some type of registration change to another unrelated person/entity during 2012. I don't know what the current operational status is of the housefly company.
I continue to hold a full position in CDBH. Although it is becoming a higher risk investment the longer the company lags on the filing situation, I think at the current price I'm more inclined to continue holding on to the stock in case better selling opportunities present themselves.
A reverse merger here will need to be structured in a fashion that fundamentally supports a high share price (around $12) in order for me to break even on this investment. But in low float situations like this, pleasantly strange/unexpected things can happen, so I have my fingers crossed. It would be somewhat interesting/entertaining if CDBH ended up becoming a forward split or momentum play.
One interesting thing I have noticed based on Yung Kong Chin's shell activity: It appears possible they are planning on bringing his investment banking firm (QMIS Finance) public via the QMIS shell. About 2 months ago, QMIS Finance quietly acquired Paces Battle Group (an Atlanta-based investment banking firm)......
