I suspect they may operate as APPI did before, not reporting for unknown quarters until something positive happens, then filing all back quarters, perhaps again renaming the stock.
They had so interesting things in development, if they come to fruition, it may be a lot better than any of us think, but right now, they don't have the resources needed to keep up with SEC reporting requirements and still continue development.
