Very true, I think most of us have learned the hard way (although I don't agree with your 10% gain)
Startup companies sell shares for growth, when the company is making enough revenues to pay the bills & pay themselves then the diluting will stop.
Most people don't realize how long it takes for a company to mature, in todays world our government has their hands into everything this slows the process in half I believe.

QASP is moving in the right direction with the new information that has been released this week, the pps is so cheap with a great SS I wouldn't be surprised if the price per share moves to .006 short term, if the company does all the right things we could be at .03 in 3 months.

I do believe too much money is going to officers the first Quarter but Joseph Canouse is gone now.

I thought that's what we were all doing since the R/S,
Take a position, average down sell on the micro runs.

Trade for free shares. It's not much and not enough to kill a spike, just to get a few free.
Reload and do it again.

We should all be in good shape if this falls to .0006 again.
Ill load the boat!
But ya gotta admit, watching those 5-7mm share volume days get sucked up without hitting the Trips, makes ya wonder!
You tell me that amount of cash has been sitting down there for weeks and months? 7mm worth?
Hell no!
We should be @.0001 after this week.

I agree about those restricted. That was done under the excitement over HAVC. Probably was one reason HAVC is not us today.
Mike K told me he didn't like Trophy due to the massive amount if shares going to officers and how commons were set up at a loss.
That could very well have been a theme going all the way back to the R/S.

I think those restricted need to be renegotiated as a sign of good will.
Those were NOT earned.
SEVIS
LOI
HAVC
All failures. It's a slap in the face seeing those restricted hanging out there like that.
I know of a CEO that has termination wording in his employment contract if he can't pull off merger agreements. That's bold.
A lot of second guessing going on.
I'm sure the next round of restricted shares PR should tell us where Q is heading.
Still holding my stack. I don't think we are anywhere close to be banking on some Hell Mary, last ditch play.
I pray we get word soon.
