Agree with the 2 disc sets. Still 60c each way which is terrible. The 2nd disc of interviews, behind the scenes, awards, might be nice to see but not expected by the subscriber. Takes extra time affixing a regular stamp, etc... I'm not a TV series fan but would suggest you send Chip the suggestion to split up the series. Might be that they are "Available" from the supplier only in sets, not that we actually have them in stock. Looks like we could break them up though after they are in our inventory.

How does Netflix rent TV shows that are on multi disc?

BBI rented them by the disc, not by the series. So when I rented Sopranos I had to rent each disc in the season separately. So one full season may cost me 3-4 rentals. (I had the unlimited package before switching to GZFX)

If we are renting the entire season at once... well it may be smarter to send all the DVDs instead of mailing a 4 disc set in 4 different mailers.

Come to think of it doing a multi disc set in one mailer with a little more postage is smarter than mailing out 4 DVD mailers and 4 regular postage costs... would you agree???
