wld they indeed do have qwest which is a rboc. They do also have sbc through T, and sbc is still a rboc. If you are suggesting they don't have a large unannounced deal with VZ you are probably right even though I disagree. Vz is an old customer too, we just don't know how large, and small isn't good.
