the only aspect of the AGM is that *notice* has to be given but agreed >> it would not surprise me if AGM is held after Q2 is filed .. possibly back half of August?
Bordynuik needs to sell TENS of MILLIONS of DISCOUNTED SHARES *now* to PIPERs, or be forced to accept the alternatives of either very toxic financing or insolvency.
If JBI had any shred of actual news, they would be flogging it.
But, I ask, has JBI *ever* had any shred of news that turned out to be something other than irrelevant fluff, or fraudulent lies aimed at fooling investors?
In their current desperation, they've been pumping non-events about crayons and such, with only limited success. That is all they have, as pathetic as it is.
