I agree, a portion of the current pps is factored in from that first release so the news that the rollout is official will be anti climactic in a way.
What will move it the most is when the first Q after the rollout come out showing what kind of numbers the rollout generated. If they are great, the stock will pop big!!! If they are mediocre the pop will be too. IMO.
PVC..I agree....there will be a pop from a National Rollout announcement (assuming there even is one - which I wouldn't do)..but I also think the real paradigm shift and price shift will come from the numbers which are going to be awesome. This is a growth stock and not a momentum stock.
