Hey fire,Whats up?Busy Busy weekend at my biz and I am sure cc is kicking azz with traffic.I do not read all the ridiculous posts when I get home.I have a about 20 membermarks and read the last 50 board posts.CC has a select group for each sector of the store.Thier is one main person handling calls/problems and part timers that have little knowledge as they are just seasonal help.For the bs being posted by some:IT IS FINE FOR ANYONE TO CALL.Some on this board have no knowledge of the retail world.Have a great weekend my friend.Bob

Of course not. I should have clarified. If you're calling to ask for info about the "product", then no problem. I can imagine shareholders calling frequently to verify a post on these boards, or making calls just to pry for info about subs, etc. Just use some common sense and discretion. I know "I" would hate having to constantly answer phone calls when trying to do my work...tending to customers in the store.
