Because unfortunately those who are selling do not know how to ready a balance sheet, or they simply need cash.

My apologies for the stark tone however there can be no other reason. The surplus is many times above the minimum required by law.

Further, the PWC report confirms that the company has the cash necessary to operate for the next 12 months.
