I believe if jr leaving us in the dark means he doesnt want to risk whatever he has planned for the company.
Com'on otm. A CEO is under no obligation when they report on the quarter just ended to reveal strategic plans for the coming year, or new initiatives they wish to keep from the competition. Neither is leaving a website down after it was hacked by the Russians, the preferred method to avoid risking what he has planned for the company. More mystery is that it wouldn't take much time or effort for Reid to release his typical PR Newswire statement of $N in sales, with some cut&paste garnish. He still might, and I'm surprised he hasn't.
A few months ago the question was whether he would file a form 10, along with audited financials. Now the question is whether he'll file a PR release with PR Newswire. Seems a step down in expectations.
If he goes completely dark on you, then you have to start considering it's a legal problem with the SEC preventing it.
