Yea possibly, look at those 2 big pharmas who have invested in companies in P1 and P2 SCD, but nothing here. That must say something.

Most buy outs, mergers, buy ins etc are not allowed to PR the forward looking news news during negotiations. That is just the way Wallstreet and lawyers work. If some one is trying to buy MSTX up, they do not announce negations as that would drive up the stock price, so insiders sign off on non-disclosure agreements during negotiations and are not allowed to discus or buy shares etc.
