No opinion on DYN refinancing, other than what I read in the press, I am not following DYN. The IPPs perked up a bit today, I guess because of the refinancing news from RRI and DYN. Looks like the banks decided to throw a lifeline to the sector, which bodes well for MIR's and ILA's refinancing.
