Arson is going a bit far, IMHO. How would organize crime benefit from arson against GRNO anyway? It doesn't seem like anyone benefited.
As for Martiotta, it depends on your definition of "legit". He seemed to work with Monk (according to accusations made against Monk) and he transferred large share positions to others without disclosing his compensation for doing so. The company also suggested it was imminently filing financials, only to continually fall back on the "We can't get earlier information" excuse. Fool me once, shame on you ..., as they say.
