Yes, but that content is only accessible through the cached pages on the wayback machine.
The links provided earlier are not through the wayback machine...but are stand alone webpages that are "orphaned". Some thought these pages were new. As we now know they are not new, but neither do they appear to be recently been reposted. Those links appear to have been active for awhile...but they are not tied to any home page.
I have seen this happen before. It does tell me that the server carrying the KMA website is still up...it's just that the content has been removed....and not replaced...for quite a few days now.
