It's worth a call.

Something similar happened to me when we bottomed out around .0047. I had a 4 mil order in from the day before and it traded underneath me for a while then passed me by on the way up. I complained to Etrade and they sold me 100,000 shares at my original bid the next week. I was very unhappy for pegging the bottom and not getting my shares. I am a big Ameritrade fan and not a very big Etrade fan.
