It's not just graft ( and that's on the large scale....just try small things like loading dock space and the foreman who assigns it, freight elevators and operators, parking , etc, on the commercial scale and see how it 'really' works......everyday....day in day out).
Unless someone works there they don't have a clue what it costs in reality.
Not to mention the private entities that handle the waste system in NYC has some very interesting management.....lol.
And that is after the public service employees union that handles waste decides they have to be involved in who is hired, how much, and all that comes with that sector.
Nothing is coming to NYC.
If people want to talk about 'enemies' of JBII (if they believe such nonsense) you couldn't pick a better place to find them.
