The company webcast gave quite a lot of info on the plasma process. The company website is a good review and there is tons of information on the internet about plasma technology being used for dozens of applications. Mineral extraction is just a small fraction of possible applications. After doing an hours worth of research, yes, I think I understand basically the application. It makes perfect sense. With Choueiri on the board and with several months of trial runs under their belts I think it is highly likely they can get this to work. USPR is not the only company working on plasma for minerals extraction. I think plasma will work and I think Mesa putting up 400K for the satellite work is extremely positive for the company. The satellite work is not costing the company anything. That should tell you something about Mesa's confidence in their DD on the property.
I'm Not saying "relax and be confident", but I think USPR is a great speculation at these prices. Don't mortgage the house, but if you have playing around money this is better than blackjack. IMHO
