I do believe in the "efficient market" theory in the long term; however in the short term markets are very inefficient as there are too few people who see and understand the news on companies. In the micro space that is magnified 1000% or more. Nobody outside perhaps readers of this message board even know who USPR is and very few of those understand the plasma technology. Over time, that must change. It is because of these short term market inefficiencies that investors have the opportunity to take advantage of the skewed market.
