Nah~ At this stage there is no differences between junior preferred shares and common shares. the only differences they are 3 times more expensive than FNMA common shares. they are not getting any dividend.. THE GOVERNMENT HOLDS SENIOR PREFERRED SHARES NOT JUNIOR PREFERRED SHARES. JUNIOR PREF AND COMMON IS 1:1 THAT IS IT.. BECAUSE THERE IS NO LIQUIDATION OF FNMA.
