My Xbox offers YouTube, my cable offers NFL and local stations, my PC offers PC only shows via HULU, what NTEK'S device will do is REPLACE my ROKU with a 4k streamer.

IT WON'T SAVE ME MONEY though!

Why try and prove this when it simply does what ROKU does except at 4k speeds.......

But it appears I'd still need cable or satellite $100 average, amazon prime $79 a year, Netflix $7.99, HULU $7.99, and for real gaming (not android based app gaming) XBOX Live $99 approximately......

So sure it's a GOOD thing to have the 4k, BUT not gonna save me money or anyone else by eliminating cable or satellite.

I like NTEK and the product the far, but the pumping is getting ridiculous with comparing apples and oranges as we haven't even BEGUN to discuss HOW MUCH it will cost an individual to get 4k speeds via their ISP!

Thx for the info though - NTEK will run, already in. Pumping is just getting a little silly IMO!

Here is a FACT for you since you want to have FACTS!

ROKU and NTEK DONT ELIMINATE A CABLE OR SATELLITE bill!

In fact NO STREAMER DOES!

What does partially substitute is the subscription to NETFLIX, HULU, or AMAZON PRIME!

And GUESS WHAT?

They can be STREAMED via a CHEAP laptop with an HDMI OUT TO THE TV!

And an XBOX, PLAYSTATION, or WIIU can do the rest.

EXCEPT - 4k!

4k? A speed which WILL and I GUARANTEE you it WILL increase your Internet bill! Do you know how fast your Internet service needs to be to get 4k streaming speeds?

Bet you that the cable company will make sure to CHARGE an arm and a leg for those speeds and probably even DATA CAP it!

Yeah gotta stay on top of it all - not just the "4K"

Or should we all just blindly accept "mini discs", "lazar discs" "beta players" etc....

Maybe "Y2K" that was catchy and a DUD too!

Need more than just the streamer - need the Internet speed and the overall acceptance of the market that will pay for the SPEED necessary to utilize a 4K streaming device!

3D TV's only work with the amount of glasses needed for all the company over when watching a 3D movie! Without enough glasses its useless, without a 3D movie it's just a 2D TV!

Speed? How much? Because everytime my company increases speeds of my Internet I get an inflated bill to match those speeds!
