I got another big packet of papers over the weekend. I've been too busy to thoroughly read through them all, and to be honest I don't always understand everything. This was my first stock being in before the BK. I usually traded the BK news bounce. Never happened with THQ. I also never wanted THQ to go BK (hence why I entered prior to BK news).
But onward... it seems like THQ is trying to dismiss all claims.
