Who exactly are these "several" companies, besides SKTO? What exactly are the terms of the financing to these "several" companies, and what are the terms of the financing with SKTO? Also, if they received this financing, why don't the filings say so? Wouldn't this have been a material event that would need an 8-K?
How many of these "several" companies are publicly trading?
I'd say this opens an even larger can of worms. One I'm sure the folks at the SEC will be interested in...as will the interviewers.
Oh, and BTW, I highly doubt Jim Cramer would risk his reputation interviewing Allyn and a potential laundry list of SEC violations within.
