i'm sure you've watched as shares have been issued to various parties over the last few weeks. common shares. and people who are really close to this deal appear to be accepting them. i would venture a guess blocks of stock will be the backbone of any merger and/or acquisition from here forward.

you've probably also seen how much toxic debt has been eliminated from the WGAS balance sheet. pretty remarkable. over $2M just in the last quarter.

what do these recipients of stock know that makes them comfy with the equity? i wonder... :-)

I really do not believe WGAS will do a forth RS. WGAS will just max out the AS and the OS and sell the shell. The new owners will do the RS.
