Actually you said "however, I disagree that they are necessarily contradictory to the allosteric-modulation thesis" as a rebuttal against my assertion that Gev had likely shown excess risk of infection in the diabetes trial (and as rebuttal against my contention that management's continual redirect to MOA data, when they have real world data, is at least mildly dangerous both to themselves and shareholders - in particular with regard to any pursuit of the acne indication.).

Nonetheless, if you believe your rebuttal-via-reference-to-MOA then you should be willing to take my wager -g-.
