Agreed. This was February, too, mind you, so they've probably got much more on hand now thanks to the recent action. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the company was the one selling at a discount to the 2$ price, short volume and previous accumulation wasn't THAT large IMO it looks like this company did this to finance the well and get the oil flowing once and for all
